Quote from Character: "I am nothing. My existence means nothing!"
Name: Sync
Age: 14
Origin: Tales of the Abyss
Alignment: Villains
Personality: Sync is a cold, brutal individual with a sort of sadistic sense of humor. He doesn't seem to care about anyone, especially not himself, and puts his heart into fighting. He believes his existence means nothing and that he only exists to be used as a tool by someone else, for that is what was drilled into his mind since he could remember.

History: Sync was brought into existence to be one of the seven replicas of Fon Master Ion. He was viewed as weak for not having the powers of the original, and so he was left to die before being rescued by Van Grants. Van drilled it into Sync's head that the world hated him and that he should grow to despise it in return, and so Sync did. He cast aside all feelings for the world and donned the mask of a coldhearted individual. He became one of the six God-Generals, earning the title of 'the Tempest', and went on to try and assist Van in destroying the world to free it from the Score.
Sync was the last God-General to be left alive when Van's plans began to fall apart around him, and he died trying to keep Luke and the rest of the opposing team from getting to Van. This was, of course, all in game. Outside of the game, Sync was allowed to keep living. He kept his views of the world, though, and remained cold even outside of gaming hours.
When word of the war reached him, Sync was quick to ally himself with the villains. He wouldn't go out of his way to befriend any of them, but he figured since they were trying to take over the gaming universe he might end up in a better position. Or die trying. Either way was fine with Sync.
Plans: Be a sadistic mofo, get himself into a few battles, earn a few scars, and maybe let someone get close enough to him to befriend him.
Sample Post: Everyone's got something they're fighting for. Some reason to want to take over the gaming universe. Not me, though.
Sync stood with his back against a wall and his arms across his chest, a sneer painted over his features and his eyes closed in a look that said he couldn't have cared less about what was going on around him. He was only allying himself with the villains so that he could have somewhere to be. Hell, he didn't care if he ended up dying because of the war. He needed something to do with his meaningless existence, and the war provided it. That was all.
"It'll still be fun. Let's make them suffer some before you go out with a bang." Sync said. He certainly would try to make the heroes suffer. What fun it would be to see them writhe. If he did nothing else, he would at least be satisfied with punching someone out before dying.
